Shipping & Returns

All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments will be insured for the retail value of the products being shipped. The Lit Wick is not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping.

If there is any damage during shipping, you will have to file a claim with the post office. Then please contact The Lit Wick and we can replace the items once the claim is paid.

The Lit Wick Candle Co. stands by its products 100%. If there is a fault or defect, your item will be replaced at no charge.

Items cannot be returned to The Lit Wick without prior consent from The Lit Wick. Exchanges due to preferences will not be allowed. Any items returned to The Lit Wick must be sent USPS Priority insured and must be paid by customer.
No items may be returned unless a product is defective.
